Diagnosis and Repair information
We do NOT charge for diagnosis of products unless work was actually done.
If you have a hardware issue that cannot be fixed without an available replacement you will be notified prior to repair. We offer to replace such products for the price we pay unless you would like to purchase the hardware and pay for the installation.
*We take requests for applications and only charge a small fee for installation.
Holding information
We have a 30 day retaining period after completed diagnosis or repairs on products. You will be contacted and if you do not pick up your product within 30 days of repair it may become void of ownership.
If for any reason you cannot pick up your product for an extended period of time please contact us so we can store your product safely for later retrieval.
Product Sales
Occasionally we obtain products in refurbished or used condition that we sell at a much cheaper price compared to online competitors. When this happens we will have a listing on the front page for these deals. We provide in-store presentation of these products for interested buyers.
